Willow Garth
Willow garth is an imposing stone built detached house located centrally in leyburn. Ideally suited to families and larger parties.
The accomodation comprises of an elegant hall and landing. Large kitchen diner is fully equipped with fridge, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots and pans and all other utensils needed. there is also a washing machine and dryer. There is an electric meter in the kitchen which takes £1 coins. There is also a dining room and lounge with large bay windows looking towards the market square. the lounge is luxuriouly furnished with a living flame gas fire in a mahogany fireplace and remote controlled colour television.
The master bedroom with double bed has an ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a second double bedroom with antique brass bed. the third bedroom is a single. The bathroom has white shell suite with toilet and shower over bath.
The house has full central heating. There is a yard at the back with dustbins and washing line. Beds are made up on arrival and all bedding is provided. Visitors need to bring towels and tea towels with them. At the front is a garden and car parking space available.
The town centre is only a two minute walk, where there are shops, restaurants, pubs and cinema.
Leyburn
A friendly market town in a great, central location to The Dales. The town is home to a variety of good pubs & places to eat. The large market square is home to a weekly market on Friday and is surrounded by shops for anything you may require during your stay.
Directions to Willow Garth
Arriving from the north turn off A1 at Scotch Corner for Richmond then follow the signs to Leyburn.
Arriving from the south come off A1 at BEDALE turn off, follow the 684 to Leyburn. At the mini roundabout take the turning for Richmond.
All four locations are together on Grove Square. Dalesway is next to the Kings Head Pub, opposite the Police station. Brackenberry is next door to Dalesway. Damsonwood lodge is set further back and around the side of Brackenberry. Willow Garth has its own drive to park and is next to Damsonwood Lodge.
