Larch Dene
Larch Dene is a detached House situated on a quiet residential estate. There is a garage. The private area at the rear is ideal for sunbathing or sitting out on summer evenings.
The lounge is luxuriously furnished with a coal effect electric fire and remote controlled television The bathroom has bath with shower.
The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle pots and pans, and all other utensils needed.
There is also a washing machine and drier. The House has full central heating.
There is no electric meter, all electricity is covered by a charge. There is ample parking space available.
Beds are made up on arrival and all bedding is provided. Visitors need to bring towels and tea towels with them.
The town centre is only eight minutes walk, where there are shops, restaurants, pubs and a cinema.
Leyburn
A friendly market town in a great, central location to The Dales. The town is home to a variety of good pubs & places to eat. The large market square is home to a weekly market on Friday and is surrounded by shops for anything you may require during your stay.
Directions to Larch Dene
Arriving from the south come off A1 at BEDALE turn off, follow the 684 to Leyburn. At the mini roundabout take the turning for Richmond. DALE GROVE is located at the end of Richmond Road heading out of Leyburn. Turn right at the mini roundabout into Dale Grove.
Arriving from the north turn off A1 at Scotch Corner for Richmond then follow the signs to Leyburn. DALE GROVE is the very first road on the left at the mini roundabout.
Carry on straight ahead keeping towards the left until you cannot proceed any further in a cul-de-sac the house is in front of you.
