Greenhills is an immaculate brick built semi-detached house located in the attractive and popular residential area on the edge of Scotton Village with open countryside on the doorstep. The windows overlook the fields. It has a tarmac driveway providing parking for two vehicles with flagstone pathway leading off to the front entrance. A side gate leads to the private garden, which comprise of a flagstone patio leading to a lawn with flower border and enclosed by wooden fencing panels. There is also a built-in barbecue and a timber garden shed.

Greenhills has a glazed entrance doorway leading through to the Lounge; the initial section forms an entrance lobby with storage cupboard adjoining and feature archway opening out into the Lounge. There is a coal-effect living flame gas fire with period-style mahogany surround with marble hearth, television, and coffee table and two and three seater settees. The dining kitchen has a range of oak units with concealed lighting, built-in oven and grill with hood and light, fridge and washer/dryer. The kitchen has panelled ceiling with recessed spotlighting with dining table and four chairs and is fully equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle, ports and pans and other utensils. A part glazed stable door leads out into the suntrap of a conservatory overlooking the private rear garden.

The staircase with mahogany handrail leads from the Lounge to the landing. There is an airing cupboard for airing all your towels etc. The large front double bedroom has a recessed double wardrobe, two bedside sets of drawers, double bed and dressing table. This room overlooks the fields. The single rear bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, single bed and drawers with the leaded window overlooking the rear garden. The bathroom has a light coloured suit with panelled bath with mixer tap and shower attachment, side shower screen, basin and toilet. This room also has pine-panelled ceiling with recessed spotlighting. No coins are needed for the meter, as an electricity charge is made- this is listed on the tariff.

Greenhills is ideal for a couple or small family. The house has full central heating and modern features with only being built eight years ago. Greenhills is only a few yards away from our Ashlands house and is also ideal for walking, cycling is on quiet roads and lots of little villages are so handy to explore from this location. These villages are so close where meals are available. Everything to could need is not far away.

Taxicabs can be with you within minutes to ferry you to the local pubs or restaurants. Scotton is at the beginning of Wensleydale and the views when touring the dale are magnificent starting from this location.
