Larch Dene is a detached House situated on a quiet residential estate. There is a garage. The private area at the rear is ideal for sunbathing or sitting out on summer evenings. The lounge is luxuriously furnished with open fireplace and remote controlled television  The bathroom has bath with shower.

 The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle pots and pans, and all other utensils needed.

There is also a washing machine and drier. The House has full central heating.

There is no electric meter, all electricity is covered by a charge. There is ample parking space available. Beds are made up on arrival and all bedding is provided. Visitors need to bring towels and tea towels with them. The town centre is only a eight minute walk, where there are shops, restaurants, pubs and a cinema.
