Elm Park
Elm park is a detached House situated on a quiet residential estate. There is a garage. The private area at the rear is ideal for sunbathing or sitting out on summer evenings. The lounge is luxuriously furnished with open fireplace and remote controlled television. The bathroom has bath with shower.
The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle pots and pans, and all other utensils needed.
There is also a washing machine and drier. The House has full central heating.
There is no electric meter, all electricity is covered by a charge. There is ample parking space available. Beds are made up on arrival and all bedding is provided. Visitors need to bring towels and tea towels with them. The town centre is only a eight minute walk, where there are shops, restaurants, pubs and a cinema.
Scotton
The Gateway to Wensleydale and Swaledale, an ideal base for touring right into the heart of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales.
The village is an attractive and popular residential area with stunning, vast open countryside on the doorstep. The location is a perfect base for a relaxing break or action packed adventures, with a variety of activities from walking and cycling to visiting some of the many attractions in the area.
Directions to Elm Park
Arriving from the north or south take the CATTERICK VILLAGE turn off and follow the signs to TUNSTALL. Proceed through Tunstall heading for Leyburn; at the T-junction turn right then left at Tank road heading for Leyburn and Hauxwell take the 1st turning right at the crossroads for Scotton.
Turn right into Oak Tree Avenue, Elm Park is further on into Birch Close cull-de-sac No.7 straight ahead of you.
