Damsonwood Lodge
Damsonwood lodge is a detached stone built bungalow located centrally in Leyburn. It is ideally suited for couples.
The accommodation comprises of an entrance hall with rooms leading off. the kitchen diner lounge is fully equipped with fridge, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots and pans and all other utensils needed. The lounge area is luxuriously furnished and has a colour television. There is also a utility room containing washer drier machine, iron and ironing board. The lounge window looks towards the market square. There is an electric meter in the entrance hall that takes £1 coins.
There is one large bedroom with antique brass double bed. The luxurious bathroom has a pastel pink bath with shower suite. The lodge has full central heating. There is a yard at the side with dustbins and washing line. Car parking space is also available at the side.
Beds are made up on arrival and all bedding is provided. Visitors need to bring towels and tea towels with them.
The town centre is only a two-minute walk, where there are shops, restaurants, pubs and a cinema.
Leyburn
A friendly market town in a great, central location to The Dales. The town is home to a variety of good pubs & places to eat. The large market square is home to a weekly market on Friday and is surrounded by shops for anything you may require during your stay.
Directions to Damsonwood Lodge
Arriving from the north turn off A1 at Scotch Corner for Richmond then follow the signs to Leyburn.
Arriving from the south come off A1 at BEDALE turn off, follow the 684 to Leyburn. At the mini roundabout take the turning for Richmond.
All four locations are together on Grove Square. Dalesway is next to the Kings Head Pub, opposite the Police station. Brackenberry is next door to Dalesway. Damsonwood lodge is set further back and around the side of Brackenberry. Willow Garth has its own drive to park and is next to Damsonwood Lodge.
