Bellfield Country Apartments, Masham.

When approaching from the Leyburn side of Masham Bellfield is the first on the right. When approaching from the Ripon direction follow the signs for Leyburn, you will see Bellfield as you approach travelling on the road out of Masham, continue on the Leyburn road and turn left into the drive. Entry is from the Leyburn road only.

Ashlands, Greenhills and Elm Park, Oak Tree Avenue, Scotton.

Arriving from the north or south take the CATTERICK VILLAGE turn off and follow the signs to TUNSTALL. Proceed through Tunstall heading for Leyburn; at the T-junction turn right then left at Tank road heading for Leyburn and Hauxwell take the 1^st turning right at the crossroads for Scotton.

Turn right into Oak Tree Avenue,

Greenhills is No 18 and is right. Ashlands is No 59 around the corner on the left and Elm Park is further on into Birch Close cull-de-sac No.7 straight ahead of you.

Dalesway House, Brackenberry, Damsonwood and Willow Garth, Leyburn

Arriving from the north turn off A1 at Scotch Corner for Richmond then follow the signs to Leyburn.

Arriving from the south come off A1 at BEDALE turn off, follow the 684 to Leyburn. At the mini roundabout take the turning for Richmond.

All four locations are together on Grove Square. Dalesway is next to the Kings Head Pub, opposite the Police station. Brackenberry is next door to Dalesway. Damsonwood lodge is set further back and around the side of Brackenberry. Willow Garth has its own drive to park and is next to Damsonwood Lodge.

The Spinney, 8 Mount Drive, Leyburn.

Arriving from the south come off A1 at BEDALE turn off, follow the 684 to Leyburn. At the mini roundabout take the turning for Richmond. MOUNT DRIVE is located at the end of Richmond Road heading out of Leyburn and is the last turning on the left.

Arriving from the north turn off A1 at Scotch Corner for Richmond then follow the signs to Leyburn. MOUNT DRIVE is the very first road on the right at the mini roundabout. Spinney is the second bungalow on the left with Spinney above garage door.

Larch Dene, 129, Dale Grove, Leyburn.

Arriving from the south come off A1 at BEDALE turn off, follow the 684 to Leyburn. At the mini roundabout take the turning for Richmond. DALE GROVE is located at the end of Richmond Road heading out of Leyburn. Turn right at the mini roundabout into Dale Grove.

Arriving from the north turn off A1 at Scotch Corner for Richmond then follow the signs to Leyburn. DALE GROVE is the very first road on the left at the mini roundabout.

Carry on straight ahead keeping towards the left until you cannot proceed any further in a cul-de-sac the house is in front of you.

Oak Grange, Melmerby-in-Coverdale near Leyburn.

Arriving from the south come off A1 at BEDALE turn off, follow the 684 to Leyburn.

Arriving from the north turn off A1 at Scotch Corner for Richmond then follow the signs to Leyburn.

Once in Leyburn follow the signs for A684 Hawes, through Wensley over the river then first left for Carlton. Stay on this road into Melmerby. Once in Melmerby take the 1^st right up the hill. The drive for Oak Grange is the first right.

Note: there is another place called Melmerby, which is close to Ripon - not shown on our map - so take care!
