Dalesway
is a large semi-detached family house located centrally in Leyburn. Ideally
suited to families and larger parties. The accommodation comprises of large
kitchen diner and is fully equipped with fridge, cooker, dishwasher, microwave,
toaster, kettle, pots and pans and all other utensils needed. There is also a
washing machine and drier. The kitchen overlooks the rear garden and small
concrete area that allows children to play safely. There is a large dining room
and lounge with windows overlooking the front garden towards the market square.
The lounge is luxuriously furnished and has a colour television. There is an
electric meter in the dining room, which takes 50p coins.
Upstairs
there are three bedrooms, two doubles and a single. One bedroom has a double
and a single; the other has a double and twin beds. The single room contains a
single bed. The bathroom has bath with shower. The house has full central
heating. There is a yard at the back with dustbins and washing line. Car
parking space is also available at the rear. Beds are made up on arrival and
all bedding is provided. Visitors need to bring towels and tea towels with
them. The town centre is only a two-minute walk, where there are shops,
restaurants, pubs and a cinema.
