Brackenberry is a semi-detached family house located centrally in Leyburn. Ideally suited for couples of small families. The accommodation comprises of a kitchen diner equipped with cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle pots and pans, and all other utensils needed. There is also a utility room containing fridge, washing machine and drier. There is a rear garden and small-concreted area that allows children to play safely. There is a large dining room with windows overlooking the garden towards the market square. The lounge is luxuriously furnished and has a colour television. There is an electric meter in a kitchen cupboard, which takes 50p coins. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one large bedroom and one twin bedded room. One bedroom has a double and a single bed. The bathroom has bath with shower. The house has full central heating. There is a yard at the rear with dustbins and a washing line. Car parking space is also available at the rear. Beds are made up on arrival and all bedding is provided. Visitors need to bring towels and tea towels with them. The town centre is only a two-minute walk, where there are shops, restaurants, pubs and cinema.
