The Spinney is a large detached bungalow situated on a quiet residential estate. There is a side attached garage. All of the windows look onto beautiful gardens which surround the spacious bungalow. the private garden area at the rear is ideal for sunbathing or sitting out on summer evenings. the accomodation comprises of entrance hall with all rooms leading off. The lounge is luxuriously furnished with open fireplace and remote controlled television. there are two double bedded rooms and a twin bedded room the bathroom has bath with shower. there is also a seperate toilet. The large kitchen dining room is well equipped with fridge, cooker, microwave, taoster, kettle pots and pans, and all other utensils needed. there is also a washing machine and drier. The bungalow has full central heating.

There is no electric meter, all electricity is covered by a charge. There is ample parking space available. beds are made up on arrival and all bedding is provided. Visitors need to bring towels and tea towels with them. The town centre is only a eight minute walk, where there are shops, restaurants, pubs and a cinema.
